The back up generators they had shut down multiple times every day during those 3 months, so power outages become regular occurrence. They did not reduce our rent when this took place. They did not take any responsibility for these thefts and were not able to provide any kind of security footage to resolve reoccurring issue. They scheduled a specific time and made sure I was there on time, only to make me wait 20 min. I was also told I could tour the unit I’m interested in, but when I drove there, they said I couldn’t see the unit. I would never rent here, and reading the reviews, it seems renters have issues with the leasing office/management through and through.
